Camp participants working together

An open experience for people from different professions

What remains when you leave your usual role behind?

A new team. A real problem. Three days to create something and test it in the world outside. This is neither a competition nor a personality test. It is an experience that shows what you can rely on when there is no ready-made guide.

Beyond your usual role

A small project reveals more than another course

When expectations are clear, it is easy to confuse your role with what you can actually do. A new situation reveals capabilities that do not fit into a job title—and where you need other people.

Over three days, you turn a topic that matters to you into something you can test quickly. In a new team, you create a first solution, meet people and receive real feedback. The project is not the goal; it is the setting in which you can see your own way of acting without the filter of everyday work.

Who it is for

For people whose current role is no longer enough

You do not need a career-change plan or a business idea. It is enough to know that you no longer want to rely only on the position, experience or expertise that brought you here.

Changing work

When your work is being transformed

For moments when AI, new tools or a changing field move the boundary between what you have done and what will be needed next.

A new direction

When you do not want to wait for a new role

Discover what value you can create before someone invents a job title or precise assignment for it.

Your own initiative

When you want to get something moving

For people with a topic, idea or desire to change something who need a safe place to take a real first step.

Why now

Work is changing faster than our professional identities

When roles change slowly, becoming better at what we already do pays off. When tools, fields and expectations are being rearranged, we also need to discover what we can bring to a situation we have never encountered.

40% of skills According to the World Economic Forum, almost 40% of job skills will change by 2030. Your experience still matters—but so does connecting it with a new problem, people and context.

Role

A job title is only part of the story

A role describes what you do today, not everything you notice, how you work with people or what value you can create tomorrow.

Certainty

A ready-made guide arrives late

Once a new approach is widely known, speed becomes the main advantage. Acting sensibly earlier lets you influence the outcome.

Experience

Capabilities appear through action

Initiative, collaboration and judgement cannot be discovered in a questionnaire. They need a real problem, other people and unarranged feedback.

How it works

Three days from a topic to real feedback

First you step outside your usual role, then go out and meet people, and finally return with an experience you can name together.

Day 1 Day 2 Day 3
Day 1

Day 1 — inwards

Topics and new teams

Start with topics you genuinely want to address. Form teams of people from different professions and identify what each person can bring.

Day 2

Day 2 — outwards

Through another person’s eyes

Turn the topic into a specific problem and first outline of a solution. Ask questions, test assumptions and adjust direction.

Day 3

Day 3 — back

Solution and reflection

Build a simple first version, receive feedback and name what you contributed, when you needed others and what comes next.

What you take away

Not a new label. A clearer experience of yourself.

The camp will not tell you who to be or which job to choose. It gives you a real situation in which your contribution, collaboration and response to uncertainty become visible.

Resources

What you can rely on

Name capabilities you often use without noticing: curiosity, courage to ask, empathy or the ability to take a first step.

Contribution

How you create value

Direct feedback reveals the difference between completing a task well and creating an outcome that is genuinely useful to someone.

Next step

What you want to try next

Close the experience with a concrete reflection and a step you can take into work, a project or your own initiative.

Practical details

An open camp for people from different professions

You do not need a finished project or a pre-formed team. Topics and teams emerge on site from what participants genuinely want to address.

Who joins

Individuals

Meet people from different professions, fields and stages of life. Shared expertise matters less than willingness to try and contribute.

Preparation

No perfect idea required

Bring topics that interest you. The specific problem and project emerge from conversations and first findings.

Output

Experience instead of assessment

You leave with direct experience and reflection, not a score, ranking or personality label.

Afterwards

A step beyond the camp

Choose a concrete way to carry what you discovered into work, a project or your own initiative.

Do not wait for someone to assign you a new role.
